Very Blue N Very Heavy

These are not a performance tire at all as the profile is square, not rounded, and the tires themselves are insanely heavy. Nonetheless if you have a cruiser or light duty commuter that you need to dress up with a very freakin' blue tire, these are the ticket.

Very pleased!

I purchased this tire because I needed a sturdy one to put on my rear wheel for use with a trainer. Loved it the moment I got it out of the box. Looks even sharper on the rim. :) Since I've had it, I've been to two different bike shops where a total of four employees have complimented on what a nice/good (a.k.a. "sweet") tire I have. =] When you first receive the tire, there may be some white chalky looking powder on it. I e-mailed the seller and he said it was just the talc. Leave it out a few days and as it airs out, the white will disappear - leaving it just like the picture. :) Love it!

I like the way these blue tires look. I had the same CST C1218 tires in black and was able to put 3,400 miles before damage from glass forced me to retire them. The CST C1218 are a great performer, they are fast and absorb the harsh road conditions, only down fall that you will get many flats without a tire insert.[...]
