Bomb Proof

Seriously, if a bomb went off, my bike would be gone but this lock would still be sitting there...Locked, in one piece and functional.Not something you want to carry around, it's 15 pounds of "just walk away".The lighted key that comes with it is cheap garbage, but I didn't buy this for an LED key so meh. The two other plain keys that come with it are just fine.Worried about getting jacked? Get this and an immovable anchor point and sleep well.

I just received this lock today and was heavy! (15½ pounds!)While I was unlocking my bike a guy came up and tried to mug me at night at 8 PM. This guy came up to me with a knife and said give me your stuff. Before I turned I said " Oh yeah?", I then proceeded to grab the chain and lock and started swinging violently and said " What now mother f****r!", the mugger got scared , dropped his knife and ran away.Pros: StrongCons: Bulky , Heavy (15.5 pounds)

Really Heavy

This lock is probably a little over kill for the value of my bike and the area where I lock it. I'd rather be safe than sorry though. Make no mistake, this is a really heavy lock. If you order it, make sure you order it by itself because it will smash everything in the box with it.That being said, the only real way to carry it is around your shoulder, similar to the way you'd sling the strap of a messenger bag. I really wish they'd put some additional padding on the chain because it easily bruises your neck and shoulder with the links. I just ordered a seat belt pad in hopes it will alleviate some of the bruising. I can't see any other way to carry it without throwing off your balance on your bike.Otherwise, this is the best lock you can get. It's even bigger in person. There is a nice cover over the key hole on the lock to prevent it from getting full of crap and the keys actually feel pretty sturdy despite what other reviewers are saying. Just beware of the fact that it is really heavy and big and make sure the cost to hassle ratio is something you're ok with. Between its weight and the link size though, most thieves will probably look elsewhere. It would be too much of a hassle to cut the links or the lock itself.
