The box was banged up so I wasn't too surprised when the brakes were really hard to adjust. The wheels are out of true and a friend went over the spokes to fix the issue, but that's more than I wanted to do with a new bike. Gears don't switch exactly (each click on the selector might move the derailleur zero, one or two gears). Nice frame and parts but not the most exact of machines.

The bike rides well. Me and my girlfriend went on a 20 mile bike ride near Lake George, Ny. The bike rode very well but could not lower my gears below 4 without hearing a lot of clicking noise as if the bike gear would keep catching. I have only had the bike for 2 months so I hope it doesn't get worse cause it's nice especially for a good price.

This bike is vert nice looking and eeasy to ride. The only real complaint I found was the shifting mechanism. on the handl we bar is in direct line of the force exerted when riding. This caused the shifter to separate during the ride and needing the gears to be recalibrated.
