I needed a "rando" style front handlebar bag rack for a bicycle which had cantilever brakes and which did not have a hole in the fork crown, (which would fit a brake bolt for normal style bikes). There is nothing out there like that! But then I found this rack, which I thought I may be able to modify, for a rediculously low price. The seller, "Ducas" didn't have much feedback, but for the price, I figured it was worth taking a chance. It took a while for the rack to get shipped, in fact, Amazon almost canceled the sale because it was taking so long! Ducas finally shipped and I received it fairly quickly after they dispatched it. The packing wasn't the greatest, but it made it through fine. Now, don't expect Nitto quality here, the welds are a little clumsy, and the whole thing seems to me a little heavy, but it is what they say it is! I needed to bend the tang, straightening it out to fit beneath the fork crown. It did not fit the first bike I tried it on, but it did fit nicely on my Surly LHT, using the fender "daruma" bolt! I will try to post some pictures as soon as I can. So, to sum up, for this price I was not disappointed. A little heavy and clumsy welds are the main problems, but it works okay, just don't put it on your Herse!
