Very smooth functioning, super quiet and easy to ride with. The only minor complaint (that I had read about elsewhere) is that they are a little narrow, so my feet hang over the edge a little. Otherwise, a great looking, solid pedal that performs really well.

I bought these pedals to put on my Giant XTC 1 mountain bike that I use strictly on the road. I got tired of the back of my calves and shins getting hit by the sharp pins on my traditional Tioga pedals, and decided to go with a quality compact touring pedal like the Velo Orange City pedals with sealed bearings. The pedals are much smaller than a traditional mountain pedal, but they are very practical for street riding. Plus, they are very well made and stylish. Also, because they are narrow (80mm wide) they corner very well. The only reservation I have is that I wish they had made the serrated edges a little higher and pointier to provide better traction.
