Product Description

The Cecil Pro Track pedal was named for a Minnesota local legend that operated the Shakopee Velodrome in the 70's and early 80's. It is a traditional sealed bearing low profile track pedal and was designed to accommodate single toe straps. Because of the low profile "Keirin" shape, this is basically a single sided pedal. It's a great choice if you're looking for a high quality sealed bearing pedal without the NJS price.

Definitely Skip These Pedals

These pedals will be tight and hard to spin when purchased. That makes sense because they are supposed to break in. In a week or so they smooth out.The problem is after about a year and a half of hard riding these pedals will s*** the bed. For pedals that are more expensive (on Amazon at least) than MKS models, they use cheaper parts. They use cartridge bearings on one side and bushings on the other. The bushings are not replaceable as far as I know, and I have checked around. These do not last!If you need durable pedals buy something serviceable like MKS Track or MKS GR-9. Loose bearing means you can easily clean, repack, and adjust. If you do buy MKS pedals do this immediately because they come adjusted too tightly and will poor quality grease, a minor annoyance.

It's small pedal.Good match with foot step all so smart.And smooth with ballbearing.Look so awesome.Good for your track or fixed gear bike.

Wow! I bought them for my Pista Bianchi bicycle.they mach very well with color I got the white ones,very confortable with my tennis shoes (converse Chuck Taylor)I use my bicy to work twenty miles around treep in the city (Miami)I wear 8 size shoes and fit perfect wide.very lights .Good for All-City Cecil Pro TrackPedals.
