I just recieved my K2 Huntington and put it together. It was fairly easy to assemble, but it was packaged poorly for something that needs to withstand shipping and arrive undamaged.Anyway, after it was all assembled I removed the last piece of cardboard wrapped around the rear fender and discovered that it was severly damaged. After examining the front fender more closely, I found that it too was slightly damaged. The way the bike was packed its a miracle that the rest of the bike was in such good shape!I really dont want to return the whole bike because it would be a real pain to pack up again, and God only knows in what shape the replacement would arrive. I'd prefer to return the fenders to ECCS , so I took photos of the damage and emailed them to ECCS with a request for an exchange of the damaged parts.I removed the fenders and will use the bike as is for now. I'll update this review after ive had a chance to ride the bike.Besides the damaged parts, the bike looks really nice for the price, but it seems heavy for aluminum...Update 1 - only one day after emailing them, Mike P. from ECCS replied to let me know that new replacement fenders were being shipped and would arrive early next week.Wow! Now that's what I call customer service!More to come....Update 2 - I received the new fenders and mounted them and the bike is now awesome!My only complaint is the finish on the wheel rims. Its the same finish that the fenders had and it's very easy to damage and damage looks bad when it happens. There were black ties around the rims when it came out of the box, and they caused some slight damage. :(I'd give this bike 5 stars if not for the rims, but I guess 4.5 is what I'd give if I could.- JR
