I have one of these on the front of my bike I must have put 10,000-15,000 miles on without a problem. I can't remember ever having a flat with it, and I've had it for about 5 years, riding much of the time regularly 15miles/day. This tire just won't quit. It is a little heavier than the Panaracer Tourguard I have on the back wheel, but for my purposes, with an already heavy steel bike and usually lugging stuff in panniers, a small weight difference isn't much of a consideration. I think they have a new version with reflective sidewalls I would probably get if I purchased it today.

Low rolling resistance.Good control even in the rain.High wear and tear resistance (judging on the older tire)Just remember Sheldon Brandon's advise: when replacing one (whatever) tire on your bike, put it on a front as the more critical and demanding end for tire quality and integrity. Never rotate tire from back to the fornt - just let the rear one serve it's term, then buy the new one.

I have a Diamondback Insight hybrid bike. I ride roads on an exercise regime almost daily, traveling anywhere between 14 and 20 miles. These are quality tires that are going to protect me against flats with their flat protection layer. They also roll easily down the road, much better than my Kenda tires did. Check out michelin bicycle tire website for a complete description. Oh yes, the reflective strip works great and makes me even more noticeable to cars. I would highly recommend these tires.
