It seems too good to be true, but honestly, it really does work. I have a habit of signing myself up for the most brutal exercise classes I can find and with that comes some pretty intense muscle pain both during and after the workouts. I do find that the burning in my muscles is significantly reduced when I take Sportlegs. I do still get sore the next day but my workouts are far more intense because I am able to stay in the exercises longer and therefore get much bigger benefits from them.

Road cyclist here. I have big problems with muscle cramping when I do ecxtra long or hard rides. This product makes a difference in the work and cramping threshold. Meaning, I can still cramp and my legs will burn, but, like the other reviewers, I can go longer and harder(that's what she said) before fatique. For any fellow "crampers" out there. Consider adding Morton's Lite Salt to your sport drink. It's got extra potassium and sodium at a tiny cost. Gatorade markets a "pro" formula that's ridiculously expensive that simply adds these electrolytes. At the end of the day I've found that the most important factor in cramping (as long as you're hydrated and have decent nutrition) is conditioning.. It's so simple. If I get massive base miles and perform hard interval work to the tune of 8-10 hours per week, I have significantly less cramping. Recommended!

These work. I don't know how else to say it. They help keep the cramps and the fatigue at bay. I take them religiously during hard effort rides and I know from personal use that they make a difference.I wish i didn't have to take so many (3 pills every 2 hours - this adds up on 200 mile rides), so I would like to see a way to pack all of what is in these pills into something that is easier to take while riding and not drop them all over the road. I use small pill boxes purchased from local drug store that can hold about 8 pills so its hard to dig out just 3 of them while you are refueling on the move. Regardless, these are a 'must-have' for any ride where I know I'm going to be hammering.
