these grips are a huge improvement over the standard grips that came with my bike. i bought them to relieve the pressure on my wrists that affect me on long rides. plus, when you need to hold on tight over rough terrain, they give a more solid feel than the thinner stock grips.made out of rubber, but not that kind of rubber that breaks down and gets sticky like a lot of grips i've had stuck to my hands.

They look better than it does in the picture.If I ever need another set I will get them no matter how much they are asking for them.I love these.So easy on your hands.

The grips arrived missing one of the handlebar end plugs. They are packaged in a way that would allow the plugs to be lost in transit. I didn't really care, but someone else might. I've gone on a few rides since installing these. They do hold onto the bars, thanks to the clamp style construction. They are not very comfortable for me, I experienced a bit of pain while resting the heel of my palm on the ergo bump dealio. I'm going to clock them at a different angle to see if the discomfort goes away. Once the weather warms up, I'll update the review with my results.
